I’m a certified personal trainer and pilates coach, and I can help you achieve your fitness goals whether you want to get into your skinny jeans or improve your golf game.

I am an accomplished, results-driven, fitness trainer and pilates expert, bringing over 10 years of unique programming in pilates, sports conditioning and fat burning circuits to people of all ages and backgrounds.

I am also an expert at creating innovative, upbeat programming for TV, and have produced a daily exercise show for the last 5 years.

My specialty is motivating clients to discover their own drive to “show up”, strive for perfection, and become passionate about staying fit! I do this through bringing constant encouragement and my own unique humor, fun and energy to every session.
